FoodFrom Terms & Policies

FoodFrom is an online food discovery, ordering and delivery-matching platform operated by Stronghold Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

FoodFrom is a trading name, brand name and marketing identity used by Stronghold Tech Ltd. FoodFrom is not a separate legal entity.

In these Terms & Policies, references to “FoodFrom”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Stronghold Tech Ltd unless the context clearly says otherwise.

FoodFrom provides technology that helps customers discover independent food businesses, place and track orders where enabled, request delivery services from independent delivery providers, and, for some orders, authorise FoodFrom to contact a food business and place the customer’s specified order on the customer’s behalf.

FoodFrom does not prepare food, operate a takeaway, or itself act as the delivery carrier. The food business remains responsible for the food it sells, the independent delivery provider remains responsible for the delivery service they accept, and FoodFrom remains responsible for the ordering, marketplace and other platform services it provides, subject to the applicable terms below.
